Conduct research and development to improve latex adhesive products for use in water-based paints for buildings, roofs, and other surface coatings.
Research and develop emulsion polymer products or latex adhesives used in water-based paints for the decorative paint industry, including applications such as architectural paints, roof paints, wood coatings, and metal coatings.
Test and improve existing products to enhance their quality and performance according to customer requirements and market competitiveness.
Provide technical services by conducting joint visits with the sales team to introduce technical information about new products to customers, as well as to troubleshoot technical issues for both domestic and international clients.
Develop water-based paint formulations and test the water-based paint products according to various testing standards
Solve technical issues related to latex adhesives and water-based paint products for the production team and customers.
Analyze tasks, provide recommendations, and address work issues as requested.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
No restrictions on marital status.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science.
1 - 3 years of relevant experience.
Possess knowledge and understanding of water-based paint formulations for buildings and testing various properties of the paint. Capable of creating water-based paint formulations and modifying or adjusting the formulations as needed.
Experience in water-based paint in the decorative paint industry and/or roof paint, wood coating, and metal coating.
Knowledge of emulsion polymerization and emulsion polymers will be considered an advantage.
Proficiency in English for communication and writing.
