OUR HISTORY

With more than three decades of expertise in the polymer emulsion industry, UAPC has built a strong reputation across Thailand and Southeast Asia.

1995

Our journey began in 1995 with the establishment of Advanced Polymer and Chemicals Limited, laying the foundation for a company built on expertise, innovation, and a commitment to excellence in the polymer and chemical industry.

2015

In 2015, following its acquisition by UAC Global Public Company Limited, the company entered a new chapter and was renamed UAC Advanced Polymer and Chemicals (UAPC), with registered capital of THB 180 million.

2023

A significant milestone was reached on 24 March 2023, when ICAP-SIRA Group acquired 70% stake in UAPC. This strategic partnership marked a new era of growth, strengthening the company’s capabilities, industry presence, and long-term potential. Following the acquisition, UAPC’s registered capital increased to THB 390 million.

2026

UAPC operates today as a wholly owned subsidiary of the ICAP-SIRA Group in the ASEAN/APAC region maintaining its chemical production standards (latex solution and polymers) for sectors such as automotive, textiles, construction and packaging in the Asian area.
