UAPC, and its parent company, Icap-Sira jointly participated  “Asia Pacific Coatings Show 2023” in Bangkok during September 6-9, 2023.  The show went very successful with promising feedbacks and tons of inquiries from oversea and local potential customers.

On 30 March 2023, Mr. Kitti Jivacate, Mrs. Niramol Jivacate and new Management Team from ICAP-SIRA visited UAPC Production Site in Sikhio District, Nakhon Ratchasima.

Mr. Kitti introduced new Management Team from ICAP-SIRA, Mr. Fabio Esposito, Mr. Marco Medini, Mr. Luca Vianelli Group Executive Committee ICAP-SIRA and Board Of Directors UAPC and introduced Mr. Wirote Aparattanachai as General Manager (GM) of UAPC to the employees of UAPC Production Site.

คุณกิตติได้แนะนำผู้บริหารชุดใหม่จากกลุ่ม ICAP-SIRA, Mr. Fabio Esposito, Mr. Marco Medini, Mr. Luca Vianelli และแนะนำคุณวิโรจน์ อาภารัตนชัย ซึ่งมารับตำแหน่งผู้จัดการทั่วไปของบริษัท UAPC ให้กับพนักงานที่ประจำอยู่ที่โรงงานสี่คิ้ว

Mr. Kitti Jivacate (2nd from left) Executive Chairman together with Mr. Chatchaphon Prasopchoke (Left) Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of UAC Global Public Company Limited join Mr. Fabio Esposito (center) Mr. Marco Medini (2nd from right) a Mr. Luca Vianelli (Right) Group Executive Committee ICAP-SIRA of Italy entered into an agreement to transfer the shares of UAC Advance Polymers and Chemicals Co., Ltd. by group ICAP-SIRA take stock UAPC in the 70 percent share of Registered capital which has been increased to 390 million baht from the original 180 million baht, since the date 24 March 2023. With such successes emphasizing the creation Strategic Partner with the world’s leading entrepreneurs. It also increases liquidity and the potential to expand the business in Asia Pacific region of both UAPC and ICAP-SIRA which is in line with future investment expansion plans.
