นายกิตติ ชีวะเกตุ (ที่ 2 จากซ้าย) ประธานกรรมการบริหาร พร้อมด้วย นายชัชพลประสพโชค (ซ้าย) ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร และกรรมการผู้จัดการ บมจ.ยูเอซีโกลบอล จำกัด ร่วมด้วย Mr. Fabio Esposito (กลาง) Mr. Marco Medini (ที่ 2 จากขวา) และ Mr. Luca Vianelli (ขวา) ผู้บริหารกลุ่ม ICAP-SIRA จากประเทศอิตาลีเข้าทำสัญญาการโอนหุ้นบริษัท ยูเอซี แอ็ดวานซ์ โพลิเมอร์ แอนด์ เคมิคัลส์ จำกัด โดยกลุ่ม ICAP-SIRA เข้าถือหุ้น UAPC ในสัดส่วนร้อยละ 70 ของทุนจดทะเบียนซึ่งได้มีการเพิ่มทุนเป็น 390 ล้านบาท จากเดิม 180 ล้านบาท ตั้งแต่วันที่ 24 มีนาคม 2566 เป็นต้นไป โดยความสำเร็จดังกล่าวตอกย้ำถึงการสร้าง Strategic Partner กับผู้ประกอบการระดับชั้นนำของโลก อีกทั้งยังเพิ่มสภาพคล่องและศักยภาพในการขยายธุรกิจไปสู่ภูมิภาคเอเชียแปซิฟิคของทั้ง UAPC และ ICAP-SIRA ซึ่งสอดรับกับแผนการขยายการลงทุนในอนาคต
